Sailun Acquires Bridgestone’s Former TBR Plant in Shenyang

Bridgestone has sold its shuttered Shenyang truck and bus tire plant to Sailun for CNY 265 million (≈ US $37 million). The acquisition—set to close by July 31, 2025—expands Sailun’s manufacturing footprint and enhances its capacity to meet both domestic and international demand.
